Cyndi Lauper joins Legends Day!

One of the most anticipated debuts is finally coming to Rock in Rio Lisboa: Cyndi Lauper performs on June 27 on the Palco Mundo, right before Rod Stewart, strengthening the lineup of Legends Day — one of the most special days in the festival’s history.

Recently inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the voice behind timeless hits like “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” and “Time After Time”, and with a career defined by awards, innovation and cultural impact, Cyndi arrives at a high point, celebrated by both audiences and critics.

Her performance in the City of Rock marks a rare meeting between two of the greatest voices in global music — and one of those moments that define an entire edition.

Legends Day also features, on the Palco Super Bock, Joss Stone — Grammy and Brit Award winner — bringing her unmistakable soul to lead the stage, and Syro, representing the new generation of contemporary pop. Meanwhile, Xutos & Pontapés take on the special curatorship of the Music Valley Stage with “Classe de 79”, bringing together three pillars of Portuguese rock — GNR, UHF and Táxi — in a unique celebration of our musical history.
