Due to the date commemorating 20 years of Rock in Rio in Lisbon, the event will be held at Parque Tejo Lisboa, Address: Passeio dos Heróis do Mar, sn, 1990-059 Lisboa

City of Rock doors open at 13:00 and close at 01:00. Exception 22 June: open from 13:00 to 02:00.
The age rating is M6 - over 6 (six) years old.
Minors under the age of 3 (three) are prohibited.
Whenever the age of minors raises doubts, they must present the identification document proving their age to the agents in charge of inspection, otherwise they will their entrance to the venue denied.
Children over 3 (three) years old (inclusive) and under 12 (twelve) years old may only enter City of Rock duly accompanied by the holder of parental responsibilities (father or mother), or by a duly identified adult who is responsible for them.
Yes, everyone, including children, needs 1 (one) valid ticket to enter the City of Rock.
It is expressly prohibited to bring large quantities of food and beverages into the venue, as well as objects that may be considered dangerous and unauthorised by the Event Promoter or prohibited by current legislation, including:
Items removed as per the previous paragraph will not be returned to their owners, so we advise against bringing them or storing them in the cloakroom located outside the venue in advance.

- Ammunition and cartridges, knives, firearms, throwing weapons, weapons designed to project toxic, asphyxiating, or corrosive substances, sharp, pointed, or piercing objects
- Toys/replicas that could be mistaken for weapons
- Umbrellas
- Tents, benches, chairs, chains, ropes, and flashlights
- Toxic substances, drugs, syringes
- Large bags/backpacks (with or without straps)
- Paints, dyes, and other related products
- Professional photographic equipment, specifically large equipment, lenses, and tripods
- Animals, except assistance dogs, in compliance with current legislation

City of Rock is prepared to welcome people with conditional mobility, providing exclusive areas with a view of the existing stages. You can find out all about Accessibility and Conditional Mobility here. The operating rules for mobility-impaired/reduced platforms are as follows: All disabled/limited mobility people can use the platforms on a priority basis. Users of the platforms may be accompanied by a companion as long as the capacity of the platforms allows it, since priority will always be given to people with reduced mobility. Accompanying persons are only allowed if they are of the age classification permitted for entry to the venue. Pregnant women can use the Platforms provided they certify that they are pregnant at risk and that they are terminating their pregnancy (after 6 months). The toilets on the platforms are for the exclusive use of people with reduced mobility and pregnant women. Rock in Rio Lisboa reserves the right not to allow people who do not comply with its operating rules to enter or stay on the platforms.
No. Audio and video recordings and transmissions of all or part of the Event by any means are strictly forbidden, as is the use of professional cameras, i.e. large ones with tripods.

The daily ticket exchange voucher must be exchanged at a Worten store between January 16 and March 26, 2024 for 1 (one) valid ticket of your choice. After March 26, the exchange will be made subject to the availability of tickets for each day. The Voucher is not valid as a ticket to enter Rock in Rio Lisboa.

Rock in Rio Lisbon Shuttle Travel Pre-Purchase
The Rock in Rio Lisboa public can use the pre-sale feature for shuttle tickets, available on the Rock in Rio Lisboa APP, before and during the event.
The route is: Gare do Oriente - Cidade do Rock - Gare do Oriente.
Each ticket costs €1 (one euro), except if bought on the day of the event, when the price is €2 (two euros).
No, tickets for children up to and including the age of 12 are free. But you still need to pre-purchase your ticket here.
No, the shuttles do not have an escort service for minors. Children under 12 must be accompanied by the holder of parental responsibility or a duly identified and responsible adult.
An identification document proving the child's age must be presented when requested by the inspecting officers.
Firstly, register on the Rock in Rio Lisboa APP. Then select the ‘Rock in Rio Lisboa Special Shuttle’ tab, choose the day and the journeys you want and make the payment.
After payment is made and the purchase is completed, a QR Code will be generated. The user must present this QR Code to the staff at the boarding area (Gare do Oriente Station), where they will receive a wristband for shuttle entry as well as a voucher that allows them to collect a special 20th-anniversary edition reusable cup for free.
The QR Code also provides a voucher for the special 20th-anniversary edition reusable cup of Rock in Rio Lisboa, which is given at the shuttle boarding area. This voucher allows the user to acquire one (1) special edition reusable cup commemorating the 20th anniversary of Rock in Rio Lisboa for free, by presenting the voucher at one of the festival bars.
