TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 
The commercial company ROCK WORLD LISBOA, S.A., with the unique registration and corporate identification number 506 652 041, headquartered at Edifício LACS, Cais da Rocha de Conde D’Óbidos, 1350-352 Lisbon, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office, phone number +(351) 210 913 500, and email info.lisboa@rockinrio.com, is the Promoter of the 10th Edition of ROCK IN RIO LISBOA, to be held on June 15, 16, 22, and 23, 2024.

2. Age Rating: over 6 (six) years old.

3. Entry to the City of Rock is prohibited for children under 3 (three) years of age.

4. Entry to the City of Rock for any adult or child over 3 (three) years old is granted upon presentation of a valid daily ticket or weekend pass.

5. Minors under 12 (twelve) years old can only enter the City of Rock if accompanied by the holder of parental responsibilities (father and mother), or by a duly identified adult responsible for them. If there are any doubts about the minors' age, an identification document proving the stated age must be presented to the supervising agents, under penalty of being denied entry.

6. The daily ticket is only valid for the indicated location and day and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. It is strictly prohibited to enter the venue with large quantities of food and beverages, as well as objects that may be considered dangerous and not authorized by the Event Promoter or prohibited by current legislation, namely:
· Alcohol;
· Any glass or metal bottles regardless of capacity;
· Bottles with packaging over 0.5l;
· Glass objects, cans (drink and spray);
· Helmets;
· Selfie sticks;
· Air horns;
· Unauthorized communication materials (flyers, pamphlets, and stickers);
· Large posters or those with offensive, discriminatory, or extremist-related phrases;
· Skates, rollerblades, bicycles, or similar items;
· Drones;
· Laser pointers;
· Megaphones, laptops, tablets, power banks larger than a usual mobile phone;
· Explosive substances or devices, pyrotechnics, and fireworks;
· Ammunition and cartridges, knives, firearms, throwing weapons, weapons intended to project toxic, asphyxiating, or corrosive substances, bladed weapons, or sharp, pointed, or piercing objects;
· Toys/replicas that could be mistaken for weapons;
· Umbrellas;
· Tents, benches, chairs, chains, ropes, and flashlights;
· Toxic substances, drugs, syringes;
· Large bags/backpacks (with or without straps);
· Paints, dyes, and related products;
· Professional photographic equipment, namely large equipment, lenses, and tripods;
· Animals, except for assistance dogs, in compliance with current legislation.

8. Upon entering the venue, the public may be subject to inspections, body searches, and the removal of unauthorized items.

9. Entry to the City of Rock will be denied to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, demonstrates violent, aggressive, or disruptive behavior, or refuses to dispose of prohibited items according to these regulations.

10. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed spaces within the City of Rock, in compliance with current legislation.

11. Audio and video recordings or transmissions of the entire or part of the Event by any means are strictly prohibited.

12. Ticket holders acknowledge that their image may be captured and recorded during the Event, and they hereby grant, free of charge and definitively, their image rights to the Promoter.

13. The Event Promoter is obliged to refund the ticket price in situations provided for by current legislation.

14. Ticket holders act at their own risk, expressly recognizing that the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any risks or damages, nor for any other incidents, whether occurring before, during, or after their stay in the City of Rock, except for incidents resulting from the Promoter's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

15. The resale of tickets, as well as their use for promotional or institutional purposes without the express written consent of the Event Promoter, is prohibited.

16. The ticket only allows access to authorized areas of the City of Rock. Use of the ticket in unauthorized areas or misuse will result in immediate confiscation and expulsion from the City of Rock.

17. Access to any attractions within the Event venue is only permitted to those who accept the conditions in the respective regulations and the liability waiver, when necessary to access the attraction. Acceptance of the liability waiver requires proper and complete filling out, signature, and presentation of an identification document with a photograph, such as an ID card, passport, or driver's license. Minors under 18 (eighteen) years old can only access with the acceptance of these conditions by the holder of parental responsibilities (father or mother).

18. The ticket holder will lose all rights upon exiting the venue and will not be able to re-enter the City of Rock.

19. The Event Promoter may deny access or continued presence in the VIP Area, as well as access to food and beverages, to ticket holders who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and/or disrupt the normal operation of this space.

20. Ticket holders whose actions are contrary to these Terms and Conditions may be denied entry or continued presence in the City of Rock, with the ticket being canceled or the wristband removed, without the right to a refund. The Event Promoter reserves the right to take further legal action.

21. The nullity, ineffectiveness, or non-application of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions by the competent court does not invalidate the application of the remaining provisions.

22. The Event Promoter reserves the right to update and introduce changes and additions to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, so the ticket holder should periodically consult and review them on the official Event website (http://rockinriolisboa.sapo.pt), which will always contain the updated version, and cannot claim ignorance of any changes and additions made.

23. The Event Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Event's programming.

24. Ticket holders have the right to file a complaint through the customer support service via email at infolisboa@rockinrio.pt, and before resorting to any extrajudicial means referred to in the next point, an amicable, fair, and appropriate solution should be sought within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the communication addressed for this purpose.

25. Under Articles 2 and 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the following alternative consumer dispute resolution entity:

26. Omitted cases will be governed by current legislation.

27. The ticket holder expressly declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and without reservation and are fully aware of the rights and obligations arising from them.
