The All Experience is the new attraction!

On this very day, 20 years ago, we opened our doors for the first time in Portugal and presented the public with a unique experience of music and entertainment that revolutionised the festival industry in the country. Twenty years later, heading towards our 10th edition, we continue to bring novelties and breathe new life into the iconic the canopy infrastructure stage at Parque Tejo. The canopy infrastructure stage is now an innovative space that will be one of the highlights of the new City of Rock: the ALL Experience.

This new space, dedicated to the "For a Better World" project, will be an epicentre of inspiration representing the ALL Experience movement, created by the Rock in Rio Youth Collective. The collective stems from our desire, alongside the United Nations Regional Information Centre for Western Europe (UNRIC), to give voice to these young people to express the changes they want to see realised and encourage them to set an example, with a proactive attitude, by committing to themselves and society.

This movement, made by young people for young people, materialises into an immersive and sensory experience located within the ALL Experience in the City of Rock. More than just a physical space, the ALL Experience is a catalyst for change that aims to raise public awareness about the importance of active citizenship. In this regard, the young people involved in the movement were challenged to reflect on the main issues to be addressed in society, according to their own vision, and identified eight fundamental pillars, considered priorities, which will be represented in the ALL Experience. Each of these pillars is associated with a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that works on the respective theme in their daily activities:
  • "All for Planet" (climate): Quercus
  • "All for Peace" (peace): AMI
  • "All for Respect" (respect/migration): CPR
  • "All for Love" (poverty/dignity): Banco Alimentar
  • "All for Rights" (human rights/equality): FENACERCI
  • "All for Education" (education): SIC Esperança
  • "All for Dreams" (entrepreneurship/prosperity): Dress for Success
  • "All for the Future" (sustainable consumption and production): EntreAjuda/Banco de Bens Doados
Based on these eight pillars, the ALL Experience has been designed and includes various attractions and activities, such as Instagrammable spaces, the distribution of collectible bracelets, and an immersive activation.

INSTAGRAMMABLE SPACES
The ALL Experience will feature a lounge area with backdrops and graphics representing the pillars, allowing visitors to create attractive content for their social networks to spread the movement's message in a fun and visually impactful way.

COLLECTIBLE BRACELETS
The Rock in Rio Youth Collective has designed a collection of bracelets with inspiring phrases associated with each of the movement's eight fundamental pillars, with the aim of encouraging the public to actively commit to these themes and show their support for the ALL Experience movement in a light-hearted and fun way. The public can collect the bracelets by participating in the quiz available on the ALL Experience Landing Page, where, after answering questions about the pillars, they can choose the bracelet with the message they most identify with. The bracelets can be picked up for free at the ALL Experience space in the City of Rock or at one of the NGOs associated with the movement, with a symbolic cost of €1, fully reverted to the respective NGO.

IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
One of the highlights of the space is the ALL Experience Box, an immersive activation that takes place within the ALL Experience, presenting audiovisual content that stimulates reflection and connection with the movement's eight fundamental pillars. The experience in the ALL Experience Box lasts an average of 3.5 minutes and accommodates groups of up to 20 people at a time. This immersive experience will be operating from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing a collective and inspiring experience. All participants receive a bracelet from the collection, symbolising their commitment to one of the movement's pillars.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ALL EXPERIENCE MOVEMENT
The ALL Experience movement is not limited to the City of Rock. Anyone can participate in two ways: on the ALL Experience Landing Page or at the ALL Experience space in the City of Rock.
  • On the ALL Experience Landing Page, the public can:
    • Participate in a quiz with questions related to the eight pillars and test their knowledge on these topics. Those who participate in the quiz receive a bracelet of the pillar they most identify with. The bracelet can be collected for free at the ALL Experience in the City of Rock or at one of the NGOs associated with the movement, for a cost of €1, which fully reverts to the respective association.
    • Send messages via WhatsApp on the Landing Page, answering the question "What do you bring to the world?", revealing how they commit to making the world a better place. These messages can be sent in video, audio, or text format.
    • Make donations to the NGOs associated with each pillar.
  • At the ALL Experience space in the City of Rock, the public can:
    • Collect the bracelet of the pillar they most identify with for free after answering the quiz on the Landing Page.
    • Participate in the immersive activation of the ALL Experience Box.
