05.10.2024
There's even more rock at the 10th edition of Rock in Rio Lisbon! Living Colour are the latest confirmation. The New York band that performed in 2022 at Rock in Rio with the legendary Steve Vai will now take to the Galp Stage on 15 June, thus completing the stage's line-up for the same day.
Known as one of the most influential rock bands of the late '80s and early '90s and combining heavy metal, funk, hip-hop, punk, hard rock and jazz fusion, Living Colour will make a strong return to stages around the world in 2024, with opening concerts on Extreme's "Thicker Than Blood Tour", which will pass through the USA and Canada, and their own concerts at some summer festivals, including their mini tour of the UK, with two concerts, and South America, with four shows scheduled in Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
More recently, Living Colour have been preparing their seventh album and performing on various stages around the world. On June 15th, the band is getting ready to get their feet off the ground at Parque Tejo-Lisbon, not with dust, but with a lot of rock!
