Alternative Dispute Resolution 

  1. Users, in their capacity as consumers, have the right to exercise their right to complain, via the customer service e-mail address, whereby, before any out-of-court means referred to below are activated, the parties favour obtaining an amicable, fair and appropriate solution, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the communication addressed to that effect. 
  2. Pursuant to articles 2 and 18 of Law no. 144/2015, of 8 September, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform ( or the following alternative consumer dispute resolution body:
