A singer-songwriter of Cape Verdean descent, she is known for her meritorious ability to tell emotional stories through her lyrics.
Soraia Ramos' sound incorporates elements of traditional Cape Verdean morna, kizomba and contemporary R&B. Passionate about music and with a notorious talent, she has been building her brand in the music industry since 2009, with a projection that has already earned her numerous invitations from renowned artists, such as C4 Pedro, who challenged her to perform the song "Bo Tem Mel" (written by Nelson Freitas and with the collaboration of C4 Pedro) on the incredible Zénith stage in Paris, for more than 10,000 people. A feat she promises to surpass at the Galp Stage concert at Rock in Rio Lisboa.
