Age Rating

The minimum age is 6 years old (M6). Children under 3 years of age are not allowed to enter.

Entry to the City of Rock for any adult or child aged 3 or older requires a valid daily ticket or weekend pass.

Children aged 3 or older and under 12 may only enter if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult who is properly identified and assumes responsibility for them.


 
If there is any doubt about a child’s age, an official ID must be presented to the security team. Otherwise, entry may be denied.

Prohibited Items

It is strictly forbidden to bring any type of food or drink, as well as objects considered dangerous by the event organizers or prohibited by law, including: bottles with caps and over 330ml, animals (except service dogs), cans (beverages or sprays), helmets, firearms, knives or sharp objects, selfie sticks, umbrellas, fireworks or explosives, large photographic, audio or video equipment, large bags/backpacks, power banks larger than a mobile phone, laptops, lasers, torches, ropes, chairs, toxic substances or drugs (including large quantities of medication), food and drink in large amounts or hard fruits (e.g., apples, pears), liquid containers over 100ml (e.g., sunscreen), and any object deemed dangerous by the competent authorities.

You must agree to inspections, body searches, and the removal of unauthorized items. Entry will be denied to anyone displaying violent or disruptive behavior, or refusing to surrender prohibited items.

No. Audio and video recording of the event by any means is prohibited. Professional cameras (large or with tripods) are not allowed.

 No animals are allowed inside the City of Rock, except for service dogs.


 

Accessibility

Yes, City of Rock is prepared to welcome people with reduced mobility and/or special needs, offering an Accessibility Hub with a dedicated team and a sensory room, as well as exclusive areas with views of the existing stages.

Reduced-Mobility Platform Rules:

  • Priority access to the platforms is granted to people with reduced or limited mobility.

  • Platform users may be accompanied by one person whenever capacity allows, as priority will always be given to people with reduced mobility.

  • Companions are only permitted if they meet the minimum age requirement for entry to the venue.

  • Visibility platforms are subject to capacity limits and access is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. No prior booking is available.

  • Rock in Rio Lisboa reserves the right to deny access to or remove from the platforms anyone who does not comply with these operating rules.

The accessibility audience at the festival includes people with disabilities, people who are blind or have low vision, Deaf or hard of hearing individuals, neurodivergent people, people with reduced mobility and/or special needs, people with obesity, people with dwarfism or short stature, pregnant individuals, and people aged 60+.
Eligible Audience: 

Medical Certificate / Multi-purpose Disability Certificate: To prove a disability or medical condition, you must present official documentation, such as a medical certificate or a Multi-purpose Disability Certificate (Atestado Médico de Incapacidade Multiuso), along with an official photo ID. These documents are mandatory for registration at the Accessibility Center and must be presented every day of the festival.

Temporary Reduced Mobility (Orthopedic injuries or fractures): Individuals with temporary mobility issues due to recent injuries or fractures must present a medical certificate and a photo ID. We recommend registering at the Accessibility Center upon arrival; service use is subject to review and approval.
No, there is only one type of ticket for Rock in Rio Lisboa available to everyone. Tickets can be purchased on the festival website, at Worten stores, via the Worten app, or at worten.pt.
Under Portuguese law, a free ticket is guaranteed for the personal assistant of a person with reduced mobility, provided a Multi-purpose Disability Certificate with a disability rating of 60% or higher is presented.

STEP-BY-STEP | PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKET:

  • Step 1 – Download the QUENTRO App: Create an account with your personal details at https://www.quentro.com/en/. Ticket access is exclusively through this app.

  • Step 2 – Document Submission: Fill out the request form by May 20, 2026, at https://forms.gle/3mL22nG83VVeLUcq5. You must attach: festival ticket(s), disability certificate (≥ 60%), ID of the ticket holder, and ID of the assistant (18+).

  • Step 3 – Review and Delivery: After submission, the request will be reviewed. Once validated, you will receive an official email. The digital ticket will be sent by June 15, 2026, via the Quentro app.

To use priority queues, you must belong to the eligible accessibility audience and be wearing the official festival accessibility wristband.
Each eligible person is entitled to one companion. Both must collect their wristbands at the Accessibility Center after registration and document approval. The companion's wristband does not guarantee entry or stay on viewing platforms, as these are subject to maximum capacity.
All stages are equipped with viewing platforms.
Pregnant individuals have priority in queues as provided by law. To receive an identification wristband, you must register at the Accessibility Center. Medical posts are available throughout the venue for support.
On the day of the festival, bring your medical certificate and photo ID. Present these to security during the bag search to justify the items. Upon entry, go to the Accessibility Center to register. Services such as refrigerated storage are subject to review and approval.
Individuals undergoing cancer treatment (chemotherapy or radiotherapy) are eligible for accessibility services. Please bring your medical certificate and photo ID to the Accessibility Center for identification and wristbanding. Manual wheelchairs may be provided based on availability and the signing of a liability waiver.

 The most coveted spot in the City of Rock is the VIP area. Featuring air conditioning and a sophisticated atmosphere, it’s a top meeting place for celebrities and executives. It offers a panoramic view of the main stage, unlimited food and drink, private transport, and dedicated access.


 
 This €179 ticket gives you access to one day of the festival and the Comfort Zone at the Main Stage. It includes exclusive toilets, food and drink areas.
For those who expect the very best, the Premium Club is the most exclusive space in the City of Rock: privacy, comfort and the best view of Rock in Rio. A top-tier experience designed for groups of 10 people. This reserved and comfortable area includes an open bar and exclusive catering. For greater convenience, it also offers private restrooms and a Premium Shuttle service to the City of Rock.

By purchasing the Premium Club, you secure access to the most exclusive area in the City of Rock, with capacity for 10 people, a privileged view of the Main Stage, open bar, catering, private restrooms and Premium Shuttle service to the venue.
The price is €7,380 per table, with each table accommodating up to 10 people.
No. To access the Premium Club, you must purchase a private table with capacity for 10 people. Each purchase corresponds to one table, which includes 10 individual tickets to access the event.
Yes. You must present tickets to enter the event. When you purchase the Premium Club, you’ll receive 10 tickets — one for each person entering this exclusive space.

Tickets are not sent immediately upon purchase. After payment confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email. The digital tickets corresponding to your table will be sent by Rock World Lisboa to the buyer before the event.

Tables are assigned in order of purchase and subject to availability.
No. The Premium Club ticket is only valid for the selected day. To attend multiple days, you must purchase a ticket for each day individually.
Yes. You may enter and exit throughout the day, as long as you have your Premium Club identification with you.

The Premium Shuttle is an exclusive transport service that provides transfers to the City of Rock at specific times. Its use is included in the ticket price.

 All tickets for Rock in Rio Lisboa 2026 are digital.
 No. Tickets are not name-checked at the entrance. Just present a valid ticket to enter.

Ticket cancellations and refunds are only allowed in the following legally defined cases:

  • If the event is cancelled or not held on the scheduled date, time, or place;
  • If the main program or artists are changed;
  • If the event is interrupted (except in cases of force majeure, in which case no refund is due).
 Refunds are only available under the circumstances mentioned above and in line with applicable law.

No service fee is charged for purchases made through the Rock in Rio Lisboa website.

The ticket format depends on where the purchase was made:

Rock in Rio Lisboa website:
Digital ticket sent by email and available on the Fever App. The digital ticket must be presented on the day of the event exclusively on a mobile phone (printing is not allowed).

Worten website:
Ticket sent by email. On the day of the event, it should preferably be presented on a mobile phone (printing is allowed).

Worten stores:
Physical ticket, handed over at the time of purchase, which must be presented on the day of the event to access the festival.

Worten Pack:
After exchanging the voucher for a ticket, the customer receives a physical ticket, handed over at the time of purchase, which must be presented on the day of the event to access the festival.

 Download the Fever app and log in using the same email used for purchase. Go to the “Tickets” tab to view your tickets. Entry is only permitted with the ticket in the Fever app. Screenshots and photos will not be accepted.

If you bought your ticket online on the Worten website:

  1. Look for the confirmation email in your inbox containing the ticket in PDF format.

  2. Send the PDF to the person who will use the ticket.

  3. The recipient must present the PDF ticket, preferably on their mobile phone, on the day of the event.

If you bought or exchanged a voucher for a ticket at a Worten store:

  1. The ticket is physical.

  2. Simply hand it over to the person who will use it.
