Confirmations 2022!

Four years after the last edition of the festival in Portugal, Rock in Rio Lisboa will open its doors again on June 18, 19, 25 and 26, 2022, for the most epic edition of its 18 years in the country. The wait will be worth it and Foo Fighters, The National and Liam Gallagher are already confirmed, thus maintaining the lineup initially planned for this day, on the World Stage (Main Stage).

 

The three bands will “bring it down” the City of Rock on June 18, 2022, in the first day of the 9th edition of the festival, which, due to the pandemic, was postponed for two consecutive times. Tickets already purchased for this day, both for the original date of 2020 and for 2021, remain valid. All information related to tickets should be consulted here.

The much-desired Foo Fighters, who released a new album widely praised by critics and considered the band’s most danceable album, will head the first night of the festival’s 9th edition. Before that moment, the public will be able to welcome one of the most respected indie-rock bands of the last decades – the Americans The National – and the British star Liam Gallagher, ex-lead singer of Oasis and one of the most important artist of Britpop scene, which will get the audience to sing to all their hits.
