11th Edition of ROCK IN RIO LISBON
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. ROCK WORLD LISBOA, S.A., a company registered under the single registration and corporate entity number 506 652 041, with headquarters at Edifício LACS, Cais da Rocha de Conde D’Óbidos, 1350-352 Lisbon, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office, email info.lisboa@rockinrio.com, is the Promoter of the 11th Edition of ROCK IN RIO LISBOA, taking place on June 20, 21, 27, and 28, 2026, at Parque Tejo.
2. Age classification: 6 years and older.
3. Entry to the City of Rock is prohibited for children under the age of 3.
4. Entry to the City of Rock for anyone aged 3 and above is only permitted with a valid daily ticket or weekend pass.
5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by a duly identified adult who assumes responsibility for them. If there are any doubts regarding the age of a minor, proof of age must be presented to the staff upon request. Failure to do so may result in denied entry.
6. Daily tickets are valid only for the date and location indicated. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Entry with large quantities of food and beverages or items considered dangerous or unauthorized by the Promoter or prohibited by law is strictly forbidden. These include, but are not limited to:
· Alcohol;
· Glass or metal bottles of any capacity;
· Bottles over 0.5L;
· Glass objects, cans (including spray cans);
· Helmets;
· Selfie sticks;
· Air horns;
· Unauthorized promotional material (flyers, pamphlets, stickers);
· Oversized signs or banners with offensive, discriminatory, or extremist content;
· Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, and similar;
· Drones;
· Laser pointers;
· Megaphones, laptops, tablets, oversized power banks;
· Explosives, fireworks, and pyrotechnic articles;
· Ammunition, firearms, knives, throwing weapons, toxic or corrosive substances, sharp or pointed objects;
· Toy/replica weapons that could be mistaken for real ones;
· Umbrellas;
· Tents, chairs, stools, chains, ropes, torches;
· Toxic substances, drugs, syringes;
· Large handbags or backpacks;
· Paints, dyes, and similar products;
· Professional photography equipment, including large devices, lenses, tripods;
· Animals, except assistance dogs as per applicable law.
8. Attendees may be subject to security checks, pat-downs, and removal of unauthorized items at the entrance.
9. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, acts aggressively, or refuses to surrender prohibited items will be denied entry.
10. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed spaces within the City of Rock, in accordance with current legislation.
11. Audio and video recordings or transmissions of the event, in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited by any means.
12. Ticket holders acknowledge that their image may be captured during the event and grant the Promoter full and free rights to use it.
13. The Promoter will refund ticket prices only in the situations provided for by law.
14. Attendees assume full responsibility for attending and acknowledge that the Promoter is not liable for any risks or incidents, except those caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
15. Ticket resale or use for promotional or institutional purposes without prior written consent from the Promoter is forbidden.
16. Tickets grant access only to authorized areas. Unauthorized use will result in immediate confiscation and expulsion.
17. Access to attractions is subject to the conditions of their specific regulations. Acceptance of a liability waiver, along with proper ID, is required. Minors under 18 may only access attractions if a parent or legal guardian accepts the terms.
18. Ticket holders lose re-entry rights upon exiting the venue.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to deny access to the VIP Area to anyone who appears intoxicated or causes disturbances.
20. Any actions violating these Terms and Conditions may result in denied entry, removal from the event, or ticket/wristband cancellation, without refund.
21. If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
22. The Promoter may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available at http://rockinriolisboa.pt.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to change the event’s lineup or programming.
24. Ticket holders may submit complaints via info.lisboa@rockinrio.com. Efforts to reach a fair and timely solution (within 30 days) should be made before pursuing alternative resolution methods.
25.Under Articles 2 and 18 of Law No. 144/2015, consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact:

26. All omissions will be governed by the applicable law.
27. The ticket holder expressly declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
